Setup Guide

How to Shape Your Geneva Fir

The Geneva Fir is designed with rich branch density and a realistic mix of foliage styles for a full, natural presentation. Watch the short shaping video, then follow these simple steps to open each section and bring out the tree’s layered, lifelike form

• Start at the bottom and shape one section at a time. Open the fully hinged branches first, then work upward so each layer supports the next and the tree fills out evenly
• Separate the inner tips before the outer ones. Fan the inner PE and PVC branches near the trunk to build depth, reduce gaps, and create the dense look this tree is known for
• Finish by styling the outer branch tips. Spread the visible tips in different directions and lightly angle them up and out to create a balanced, natural Geneva Fir silhouette

First-time setup usually takes the longest. After the initial shaping, future seasonal setups will be much quicker and only need a light refresh

The Geneva Fir was inspired by the graceful needles of a Douglas Fir and the majestic presence of a Frasier Fir. It is one the most popular Christmas tree designs new for this season. The Geneva family of trees is one of the most realistic artificial Christmas trees you can find, and price point can not be beat

The Geneva Fir is a great addition to any household and will be admired for years to come. There are four unique branch tips that make up the design of the Geneva Fir. At first glance the differences are not noticeable, and they create an interesting and natural look that attracts the eye to its shape, colors, and size. Real-Needle™ PE tips are placed evenly throughout the tree and not just on the outside tips like you'll see from other sources. By mixing traditional PVC needles together with PE molded branch tips, it creates the feel and look of a real tree

Commercial grade Classic mini-lights are hand-wrapped around each branch limb starting with the center and working their way to each outer branch tip. The result is a tree that is absolutely full of lights. We built this tree from the ground-up with the intention of designing a model that looks stunningly lifelike, can handle all types of Christmas ornaments, and has an amazing level of detail.
