1. These terms
These terms apply to orders placed with Evergreen & Petals through evergreenandpetals.com for delivery in the United States. Read them before ordering. The terms published when you place your order apply to that order. For business, bulk or resale purchases, contact us about any additional trade terms before ordering.
2. Order requests and confirmation
Submitting checkout sends us an order request. The initial acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request; it does not charge you or guarantee availability. We review the order, confirm the final amount due and email payment instructions. We confirm acceptance after payment clears. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill the order, we will tell you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.
3. USD prices and sales tax
All product prices, fees and refunds are in US dollars (USD).Delivery is free on all US orders, with no minimum purchase or shipping surcharge. Any applicable sales tax and the final payable total will be confirmed before you send payment.
If we identify a pricing or product-information error, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a full refund. We will not increase an agreed payment amount without your approval.
4. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer, Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay or PayPal, using the instructions we email with your order reference for the method you chose at checkout. No payment is taken automatically when you submit an order request, and this website does not collect card numbers or banking login details. Wait for our payment instructions before sending funds, and include the order reference. We confirm your order and begin handling after payment clears.
5. Product information
Product descriptions use manufacturer specifications. Colors can vary between screens, and packaging may differ from photos. Runtime, suction power, coverage area and heating output depend on test conditions and actual use. Check the listed dimensions, voltage, fuel type and installation requirements before ordering. Contact us if you need a specification or warranty document.
6. Free US delivery
We offer free standard delivery to all 50 states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated handling is 2–5 business days after payment and order confirmation, followed by 1–2 business days in transit. Destination and freight appointments can affect arrival times. 7. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund. Our voluntary return policy accepts eligible change-of-mind requests within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee during the first14 days and a 25% restocking fee from day 15through day 30. Defective-product claims and applicable legal rights are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
8. Installation and safe use
Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable US state and local codes, permits and licensing requirements. Use qualified professionals for electrical, plumbing and gas work where required. In particular:
- Verify an appliance's listed voltage, circuit requirements, fuel type and clearances before installation.
- Use indoor-rated trees, lights and decorations indoors only. Outdoor use requires a product rated for it, on a circuit protected as the instructions and local code require.
- Follow the maximum number of connected light sets stated on the product, and switch lights off when the house is empty or everyone is asleep.
- Keep trees, garlands and candles clear of fireplaces, heaters and other heat sources, and keep lit candles away from greenery, textiles and children and pets.
- Secure tall and commercial trees to the stand supplied, and keep small ornaments and hooks away from young children and pets.

9. Warranty and liability
Our warranty policy explains coverage and service for new products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, disclaims implied warranties or limits a consumer remedy where applicable law prohibits that exclusion or limitation. Your rights and available remedies may vary by state.
10. Events affecting fulfillment
Weather, carrier disruptions or supply interruptions can affect an order. We will notify you of shipment delays and provide the option to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel for a full refund, as described in our shipping policy. An event outside our control does not remove refund rights provided by law.
11. Website use and intellectual property
Site text, graphics and other content belong to us or their respective owners. You may view and print pages for personal use. Commercial reproduction requires permission from the rights holder. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and identify the products offered.
Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders.
