Ways to pay
Pay by bank transfer, Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay or PayPal, using the payment instructions we email with your order reference for the method you chose at checkout. Submitting checkout sends an order request; nothing is charged automatically, and this website does not collect card numbers or banking login details.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Delivery is free on every US order with no minimum purchase or shipping surcharge. Any applicable sales tax and your final payable total are confirmed before payment.
Choosing the right machine
Christmas trees: measure your ceiling first and subtract about 6 inches for the topper and the stand, then measure the floor width you can give up. The product page lists the height, the base width and the tip count; a higher tip count is a fuller tree.
Lights: a 7.5 ft tree usually takes 700 to 1,000 lights for an even glow, and warm white reads softer than clear. Check the maximum number of sets you may connect end to end, and whether a set is indoor-rated or rated for outdoor use.
Wreaths and garlands: measure the door or the length of the stair rail and the mantel before ordering, and allow extra length for draping. Battery-operated pieces avoid running a cord to a door.
Everlasting roses: preserved real roses last a year or more indoors, out of direct sunlight, and are never watered.

Installation and large deliveries
Tall trees, commercial trees and other large or multi-carton items may travel by freight or specialist carrier, with free delivery. The carrier contacts you if an appointment is needed. Delivery is to the ground-floor entrance unless agreed otherwise, so check gates, paths and steps before ordering.
Hard-wired electrical products, floor heating and gas appliances must be installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable US state and local codes. Use a qualified, licensed professional where required.
